Pure Pilates is happy to be part of the greater Pensacola yoga community!
That honor is reflected in the pleasure to host four yoga instructors. Our teachers are well versed in the different forms of yoga and enjoy broadening their experiences of it on a daily basis. We are fortunate to share some of our instructors with other studios in the community and look forward to the progression of these partnerships.
In Yogalates you will energize and transform your mind and body in a class that combines yoga and Pilates. Watch your daily stresses melt away as you enjoy the benefits of both stretching and toning.
