MOTR combines Balanced Body movement principles with the power of aerobic conditioning, balance work, and the release exercises of a foam roller.

This program combines Balanced Body Movement Principles, the power of aerobic conditioning, and the balance and release exercises of a foam roller into an inspiring workout. MOTR is a small, versatile piece of equipment that allows you to train anywhere while focusing on key principles of alignment, balance, core control, and functional movement patterns. Exercises vary easily to provide appropriate fitness challenges for clients at any level, from senior citizens to professional athletes.

What is MOTR?

MOTR®, which stands for MOre Than a Roller, is Balanced Body’s latest equipment that combines the comfort of a foam roller with the challenge of three weight level resistances, all in a 43″ cylinder portable enough to be carried over your shoulder. The MOTR gives you a challenging and incredibly diverse workout tool that can be used for cardio, balance, functional training, mind-body, agility, strength training and more.

Developed by Pilates instructor and fitness enthusiast Darya Bronston, MOTR’s unique and innovative design allows you to work out in eight different body positions, and quickly switch resistance while targeting different areas. It is an excellent complement your existing Pilates regimen!
