Aerial Yoga was created to explore the calming, yet challenging flow of the art of movement with silk hammocks. Aerial movement classes will combine the methodologies of Pilates, Yoga, aerial strength training, and gymnastics while utilizing the versatility of the hammock. Aerial Yoga calms the nervous system through each breath while being suspended in the air. The equipment is professionally installed and hung over cushioned mats to ensure a safe environment. The hammock can be adjusted in height and has six easy to grip handles. The class is suitable for ages 10+ and for all fitness levels. Aerial Yoga will allow the student to take their mind and body experience to the next level.
