Please join Pure Pilates in celebrating Pilates Day 2017!
Pilates Day is an annual, international, community event celebrated on the first Saturday of May every year. Founded by the PMA in 2003, the Pilates Day mission is to foster the public’s appreciation and awareness of the Pilates Method through a network of varied, innovative, and high quality grassroots Pilates events accessible and affordable for all.
Pure Pilates is excited to take part in this event. In 2017, Pure Pilates will host our second annual Paws for Pilates benefiting the Pensacola Humane Society. Pure Pilates will offer 45-minute classes from 8:00am to 1:45pm. Classes are complimentary with a donation to the Pensacola Humane Society. The Pensacola Humane Society’s wishlist can be found here. Monetary donations will also be accepted. Classes will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis with preregistration beginning on Monday, May 1, 2017. Due to the popularity of this event, clients will only be allowed to preregister for two classes ahead of time but are welcome to attend more should space allow.
This year is special becuase Pilates Day coincides with the Pensacola Humane Society’s 3rd Annual Paws on Palafox 3k Dog Walk! Pure Pilates is excited to be a Paws on Palafox sponsor and looks forward to seeing all the four-legged articipants come down Palafox on the morning of Pilates Day! Donation baskets are set up at both studios for the Pensacola Humane Society.

Online registration is now open for Pilates Day but is limited to two classes per person. All classes will be open to drop-ins, should space permit.
Pure Pilates suggests bringing a pair of lightweight tennis shoes, a bottle of water, and a small towel to MOTR, Cardio Mat, and TRX. These classes often involve cardio and agility aspects that necessitate these items. There are filtered water fountains on site for all participants.
